Is it really a one-time payment?+
Yes. You pay once and get lifetime access, including free updates to that course.
Can I request a refund?+
Yes. We offer a 7-day refund window for courses that haven't been substantially accessed. See our Refund Policy for more details.
Do I need specific software or gear?+
A modern browser is enough to watch the lessons. Production courses work with any DAW (Ableton, FL Studio, Logic, Reaper), and instrument courses only need your instrument and headphones.
Can I use these courses with my band or studio team?+
Individual purchases are for personal use. For band or studio licences, contact us for fair per-user pricing.
Do you offer certificates?+
We focus on practical musicianship, not credentials, so we don't currently issue certificates. Our courses are judged by how your music sounds afterwards.
What payment methods are accepted?+
We accept credit and debit cards, Instant EFT, and other major South African payment methods. Checkout is processed by a secure, PCI-compliant payment provider.
Are prices in South African rand?+
Yes, prices are shown in South African rand (ZAR). The final amount may be converted by your card issuer, if applicable.
